| Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and forget everything you know about piecing a Double Wedding Ring quilt. But rest assured, you will wind up with essentially the same result. You'll get there by a very different path that is faster and far less frustrating. Through the magic of appliqué using fusible interfacing, you'll still get all those curves, but without curved piecing. | ||||||||||

Cut fabrics and interfacing. |

Stitch fabric wedges together, then stitch interfacing to the fabric |

Trim seam allowances. Turn right side out. |

Fuse arcs to background square. |

Zigzag stitch arcs to background. Add corner triangles.

Sew blocks together in rows and columns. Quilt and bind |
